Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has launched the Excellence Hub, the air cargo industry’s first airline-led logistics training academy, aimed at strengthening global standards in safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
The Etihad Cargo Excellence Hub was created to ensure consistent operational standards across its global partner network. The platform focuses on standardised knowledge sharing to improve service quality, strengthen risk management, and enhance operational alignment across Etihad Cargo’s international operations.
Designed for Etihad Cargo representatives, partners, customers, and logistics professionals worldwide, the platform offers structured training modules covering operational standards, product and service frameworks, safety protocols, and compliance requirements aligned with international regulations. It also includes industry-certified programmes developed in collaboration with accredited institutions.
The Excellence Hub delivers learning through foundation courses, podcasts, masterclasses, and executive-level programmes such as a miniMBA. Upon completion of learning pathways, participants receive accredited certifications. The platform also integrates gamification features, including a points-based leaderboard and LinkedIn badges to encourage engagement and recognise user progress. Complimentary access is extended to university students to support early career development in the air cargo industry.
In addition, the platform incorporates AI-enabled learning tools that provide personalised feedback and real-time performance analytics. Its mobile-first design ensures accessibility across locations, making it a global resource for continuous professional development in the logistics sector.
