Trelleborg will also highlight its expanded capabilities following recent acquisitions, including Aero-Plastics Inc., a specialist in high-performance polymer aircraft interior components. The addition strengthens expertise in precision injection molding, thermoforming and machining, while enhancing the ability to deliver integrated interior solutions.
The acquisition of Magee Plastics will further reinforce Trelleborg’s capabilities in thermoforming and vacuum forming, with a broad portfolio of aircraft interior components such as panels, window shades and cabin systems designed to meet complex specifications.
In addition, Trelleborg will present its continued investments in global infrastructure, including a new production facility in Morocco aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity and supporting regional customers. A major logistics expansion in Burntwood, Staffordshire, UK, will also be highlighted, with enhanced storage, quality control and assembly capabilities.
As the aviation industry works toward Net Zero targets, Trelleborg will showcase its R&D advancements in areas such as hydrogen propulsion. The company has developed proprietary sealing solutions designed to address the unique challenges associated with hydrogen applications in demanding environments.
