Canadian aerospace technology company PULSHN has confirmed that its Chief Executive Officer, Gem Venturino, will attend the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, scheduled for July 20–24. The event will provide a platform for the company to engage with global aerospace, defence and technology leaders while exploring strategic partnerships, investment opportunities and broader industry collaboration.
Recognised as one of the world’s premier aerospace gatherings, the Farnborough International Airshow brings together governments, defence organisations, manufacturers, investors and innovators from across the aviation ecosystem. PULSHN plans to leverage the event to introduce its capabilities to prospective partners and present its long-term vision for autonomous aviation.
The company focuses on developing patented, scalable electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) unmanned aerial systems designed for both civil and defence logistics applications. Unlike many drone manufacturers, PULSHN emphasises advanced propulsion and aerodynamic efficiency to enable extended range and higher payload capacity.
PULSHN is currently conducting flight testing for its smallest system, Whippet, which has a maximum take-off weight of 10kg and a useful payload capacity of 4kg. The company’s long-term roadmap includes developing a heavy-lift unmanned system capable of carrying up to one tonne, aimed at transforming cargo delivery in remote, offshore and hard-to-access environments.
Gem Venturino brings extensive experience in defence and aerospace strategy, having previously served as Head of Strategy and Venture Capital to the Royal Navy Chief Technology Officer and worked in defence procurement during her eight years with the UK Ministry of Defence. She is also a volunteer mentor with NATO DIANA (Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic).
