IAI Unveils HYPNOSIS Navigation Warfare Defense System

HYPNOSIS operates by interfering with satellite-based positioning and timing signals required for accurate navigation. By disrupting these signals, the system prevents aerial threats from reaching their intended targets, providing an effective non-kinetic layer of defense.

The HYPNOSIS system consists of a network of mobile jamming and spoofing stations operating in coordination to deliver a comprehensive and adaptive defense capability. Each station is connected to a central command and control (C2) centre, enabling real-time coordination, threat analysis and rapid response.

Designed for integration within a multi-layered air defense architecture, HYPNOSIS can be deployed around critical areas to provide protection for strategic infrastructure, including energy facilities and defense systems. The system is capable of countering simultaneous threats approaching from multiple directions while supporting autonomous operation through its networked C2 framework.

Built on IAI’s operational experience in navigation warfare, HYPNOSIS combines advanced jamming and spoofing technologies with a unified command architecture. It can also be integrated with kinetic interception systems to enhance overall defensive effectiveness in complex threat environments.
