Rafaut Group becomes ARESIA

Rafaut Group and all its entities bring together their activities to create a new operator in the Aerospace landscape: ARESIA. After acquiring the AEds group in 2019, the year 2021 was intense for Rafaut Group, the civil and defense aeronautical equipment manufacturer, as it successively integrated Secapem & Lun’tech, Lace, Alkan & Seca Automatismes.

By bringing together these entities, all leaders in their respective fields, ARESIA offer global expertise based on the know-how of each one and the recognized experience of all. This synergy forms a strong, resilient whole from our separate parts, and a major player in both the defense and civil aeronautics sectors.

“This change of visual identity establishes our new values and confirms our new ambition. With over 600 specialists, our goal is to collectively provide agile, efficient, reliable solutions to meet the needs of civil and defense aeronautics, contribute to raising the profile of our sector and, above all, satisfy our customers” , said Bruno Berthet, Chairman, ARESIA

Nicolas Orance, CEO, ARESIA said that “This visual identity is enhanced by a signature, ‘Bolder together’, which simply and efficient summarizes one of the core values of ARESIA, which is to use our boldness and daring to serve the challenges of the aeronautics industry for a safe, innovative and responsible sector.”

ARESIA position itself as a benchmark equipment manufacturer for carriage and release systems, embedded electronic systems, training systems for the French and international armed forces and mission equipment for civil aeronautics. ARESIA focus on development and innovation, considering the new environmental guidelines and contributing to the achievement of their objectives.

ARESIA solutions are in operation in over 65 countries and qualified on more than 100 different aircraft (fighters, helicopters, trainers, maritime patrol aircraft, UAVs, civil aircraft, etc.) supplying the major contractors in the civil and defense sectors such as AIRBUS, DASSAULT AVIATION, THALES, SAFRAN, BAE Systems or SAAB, and the Ministries of Defense and the air forces of many countries.
