SalamAir Wins Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award

Muscat: SalamAir, Oman’s low-cost carrier, has won the 2021 edition of Oman’s Most Trusted Brand award in the Airlines (Budget) category.

“Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Awards is a validation of the public trust in a brand and every year this prestigious award is presented to the most trusted brands in the country by Apex Media based on what the general public perceives as the brands they trust the most,” the airline said.

The winners of the 2021 edition of Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Awards were felicitated at a special ceremony held at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, on Tuesday evening (January 25).

The ceremony was held under the auspices of H E Dr. Mohammed al Rumhy, Minister of Energy and Minerals. The event was also attended by their highnesses, excellencies, chairmen, managing directors, CEOs, and senior officials from 45 winning companies.

Capt. Mohamed Ahmed, the CEO of SalamAir, received Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award from H E Dr. Mohammed al Rumhy, Minister of Energy and Minerals, and Saleh Zakwani, executive chairman of Apex Media.

Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Awards is an annual competition to choose brands that are trusted the most by consumers in the sultanate. The Awards was designed in 2016 with one goal in mind: to allow the general public and consumers to vote for their favourite brands that they trust the most.

Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Awards are based on the results of a month-long extensive survey that was open to the general public for voting.
