New advertising packages at airport hubs Munich and Duesseldorf:
Stronger presence and higher impact for advertising customers
The hub airports of Munich and Duesseldorf have launched a marketing partnership for advertising space that will initially run until the end of the year. Effective immediately, Munich Airport will exclusively market selected spaces at Duesseldorf Airport.
This offers customers the opportunity to book packages of attractive space from both airports and benefit from the shared characteristics of the two locations. Both airports serve economically strong regions with highly mobile target groups with particularly high purchasing power.
The new cooperation brings significant benefits for the customer. Only one booking is required for a prominent presence at both airports. The booking of selected top locations at both airports increases the reach and generates enormous awareness for the customer’s own campaign. The specific composition of the packages enables customers to address particular target groups, such as departing passengers, arriving passengers or passengers waiting in the lounges – without scatter loss.
There are a total of six packages tailored to different target groups and customer needs. The “Digital Welcome” package is available, with two prominent digital advertising spaces that can be seen by the majority of the arriving passengers. With the “Big Departure” package, customers benefit from the passengers’ waiting time in front of the security check. The advertising messages can be featured on a total of five very eye-catching largescale digital and analog displays.
