As India sails towards 75th year of Independence , the Society for Aerospace Maritime and Defence Studies ( SAMDeS ), extends its best wishes to our fraternity
and our extended family across India.
We take this opportunity to acknowledge their steadfast and ready support in assisting us to contribute towards a vibrant national aerospace, military, maritime
and defence ecosystem that best meets the national security objectives, force modernisation requirements and spurs concurrent growth of the domestic Aerospace and Defence Industry.
During the past year the Society for Aerospace Maritime and Defence Studies ( SAMDeS ), has made significant strides to assist in contributing towards the growth of the domestic Aerospace , Maritime, Military and Defence Industry, anchored on Atmanirbharta and Swadeshikaran ( Self reliance and Indigenisation).
In keeping with the vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat, outlined by our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, SAMDeS has conducted international e-symposiums and discussions that have assisted the armed forces and industry in formulating new ideas and developing a larger technical understanding of horizon technologies and processes for national defence.
The objective has been to assist in developing a transformative and viable ‘ Make in India’ centric model, to meet Indian requirements with indigenously developed solutions in order to promote self reliance and indigenisation in the Indian Aerospace, Maritime and Defence ecosystem, as India @75 emerges as a resurgent nation.
Our industry has been a steadfast partner in these programs and are now forging new relationships for
Atmanirbhar Bharat. We sincerely laud the efforts of Indian industry in this task of
nation building.
Happy Independence Day.
Jai Hind.
